Black Cat Bakes
Wivenhoe based artisanal sourdough bakery founded by Ayala Daisley, producing bread using British flour, natural sourdough yeasts and time. Look out for her weekly special SourDoughnuts in store on Fridays and Saturdays!
Honest Toil
Honest Toil is a small project run by Tom & Juli, based just south of Kyparissia, on the west coast of the Peloponnese, Greece and bring extra virgin olive oil from our village to the UK, Budapest, and Berlin.
In 2019, SESI Refill and Honest Toil developed a pioneering circular refill system; SESI deliver, collect, and clean our 20 litre tubs to be refilled with extra virgin olive oil again and again.
Dedham Vale Honey
Local honey producers with hives in Dedham, Colchester, Boxted, Gt Horkesley, West Bergholt, Gt Tey, Coggeshall, Ardleigh, Bradfield and Tendring.

Chocolate handcrafted by Maldon based Temprd. In their own words — 'we wouldn’t make chocolate if it wasn’t sustainably sourced – we love a tasty treat, but only if it’s good for our environment too'.

Chocolate brownies from a Colchester based family business, handmade in small batches in our gluten free kitchen.
Anastasia's Pantry
We stock granola from Anastasia's pantry, based in London. Her granola is handmade in small batches, keeping food waste to a bare minimum, and she uses closed loop packaging with granola arriving at the shop in drums that are returned to be refilled.

Another female founded business making reusable period pads with story and substance that unite and empower. Wear ’em Out pads are design-led for the modern woman and people who period, we are an authentic and transparent brand, and we’re on a mission to reduce the 4.3 BILLION disposable menstrual products that are currently thrown out per year in the UK alone.

Your Nature is a father and son venture started by Dan and Callum Hughes in 2018 from their home in Bristol. We stock their natural deodorants, with ingredients sourced from ethical suppliers and recyclable, plastic-free packaging.
