Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa mass, coffee beans (13%), cocoa butter, whey (from milk), vegetable fat (palm SG), emulsifier; (sunflower lecithin) E322, glazing agents; gum arabic, shellac E904. Contains vegetable fat in addition to cocoa butter. Cocoa solids min 35%.

Dietary: Gluten free.

How to order: Our loose ingredients are available in increments of 100g. If you require 200g for example, add quantity ‘2’ to your basket.
